The Alpha Iota chapter has made significant house improvements in the past few years, and alumni and family donations are to thank for supporting our projects. Since 2020, the party barn has been repaired and renovated, and the basketball court has been paved and installed. We continue to look for ways to improve our chapters’ facilities for members and visitors alike. In 2023, we are turning our focus towards improving common areas of the house. A few projects include custom Alpha Iota felt for the pool table, an engraved crest on the floor near the front entrance, and an upgrade to our quickly deteriorating backyard deck. We appreciate any and all contributions to make the experience of our members as memorable as those of our alumni.

To recognize and thank our donors, we install custom bricks in our courtyard. The bricks are engraved with information specific to the donor. Donations of $500 or more will receive a 4x8 brick in the courtyard. Donations exceeding $1,000 will receive an 8x8 brick in the courtyard.
